YOGA CLASS

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is an ancient “yogic sleep” meditation that guides you into deep, conscious relaxation. It calms the nervous system, activates the parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) response, and allows the body and mind to fully rest and restore. In this deeply meditative state, awareness turns inward, brain activity slows, and natural healing can occur—often said that one hour of Yoga Nidra can feel as restorative as several hours of sleep.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa flow yoga is a dynamic and popular style of yoga that synchronizes movement with breath, creating a continuous, fluid sequence of poses. Often called "flow" yoga, it emphasizes smooth transitions rather than holding single poses for extended periods, offering both a physical workout and a moving meditation.
